Refund Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging, including tags.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following are non-returnable:
- Worn or washed garments
- Any nightwear removed from packaging
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items returned after 2 days
- Sale or discounted items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned in slightly damaged packaging or missing minor accessories
- Items not in their original condition but still unworn and unwashed
- Returns made beyond the 7-day window but within a reasonable period
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed within 2 days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method in 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Exchange apply only upto 7 days. Once Approved by us we will dispatch the Exchanged goods in 5 days.

Shipping Returns
Ship your return to:

- You will bear the shipping costs for returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For high-value items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
